RENEWFIT DELIVERIES AND INSTALLATIONS

With the exception of deliveries including installation, all deliveries are on the ground floor of the buildings, in places accessible by transport vehicles and on the ground floor. These deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m., Monday to Friday. The carrier contacts the buyer to agree on a delivery date. Orders are delivered using a pallet truck, in person, to anyone present at the indicated address. Delivery times are given as an indication, any delay in the execution of the order cannot entitle the buyer to cancel his order, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.

As part of a tailor-made delivery, with or without installation, the date and time of actual delivery and installation will be fixed by mutual agreement between the buyer and our technicians, who will contact by telephone or email the buyer to arrange the delivery appointment, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Custom delivery includes standard delivery, as well as the installation of the device(s) in the room(s) desired by the customer, subject to feasibility. The installation includes tailor-made delivery, as well as the configuration if necessary and the start-up of the device(s).

The buyer is required, upon receipt, in the presence of the deliverers, and before any use of the products, to carry out all the necessary examinations to detect any damage, shortages, defects or other visible defects or non-compliance of the products delivered to his order. The buyer must in particular check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the products in their quantities, their condition and their characteristics. Under penalty of inadmissibility of his complaint, the customer must mention on the delivery note the precise and reasoned reservations in the event of damage, missing items.

In accordance with the provisions of article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code, any product not having been the subject of reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within three days of its delivery to the carrier, including a copy will be sent by email to GYMWORKS at the address info@renewfit.com as soon as possible, will be considered accepted by the customer. The buyer does not have the right to refuse, without reason, the delivery of a product or to proceed with the collection of a product within the time limits, in the event of a product to be collected from the GYMWORKS warehouses. In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, we reserve the right to deliver a product of equivalent quality and price, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.

In the event that the goods return to us for non-receipt, the corresponding costs will be borne by the buyer. Once 60 (sixty) days have elapsed from the scheduled delivery date, if the equipment is not collected, GYMWORKS will keep the installments paid as a commitment.

In the context of deliveries outside mainland France, an estimate will be drawn up after ordering and presented for the buyer's approval.

If it was agreed, when the order was taken, to take back the equipment, the latter will be made upon delivery of our equipment.
